The KZXTEU is a specification-grade, low-profile LED exit sign with a thin die-cast aluminum housing designed for a clean, modern architectural look. It features ultra-bright, energy-efficient, long-life Red or Green LED lettering, single- or double-face configuration, and dual 120/277V input voltage. Field-selectable knockout Chevron directional indicators and a quick-snap face plate closure make installation and setup fast, while an aluminum mounting canopy is included for top or end mount, with a universal knockout pattern on the back plate for wall mount. Choose the AC-only version for continuously powered signage, or the Battery Backup (EM) version, which adds a 2.4V long-life, maintenance-free rechargeable NiCd battery with an internal solid-state transfer switch for a minimum of 90 minutes of emergency illumination on power loss, plus a fully automatic two-rate charger that recharges a discharged battery within 24 hours and a charge/power “ON” LED indicator with push-to-test switch for mandated code compliance testing. The premium-grade die-cast aluminum housing ships in a bare brushed Aluminum finish or optional White or Black powder-coat.
