Description

The INDWLEZU is a heavy-duty NEMA4X and NSF-rated LED exit sign built for washdown environments and food service operations where standard exit signs won’t hold up. It features ultra-bright, energy-efficient, long-life Red or Green LED lettering, Single or Double Face configuration, and dual 120/277V input voltage. The reinforced polycarbonate housing is IP66 rated for ingress protection, with a corrosion-resistant enclosure, a one-piece, high-impact resistant, UV-stabilized polycarbonate lens, a molded gasket, and stainless steel screws. A universal knockout pattern on the back is provided with a gasket for a watertight seal on back mount, and a polycarbonate mounting canopy is included for top or end mount; EZ snap-out Chevron directional indicators and conduit-feed knockouts simplify installation. Choose the AC-only version for continuously powered signage, or the Battery Backup (EM) version, which adds a 4.8V long-life, maintenance-free rechargeable NiCd battery with an internal solid-state transfer switch for a minimum of 90 minutes of emergency illumination on power loss, a fully automatic two-rate charger that recharges a discharged battery within 24 hours, a bi-color LED battery-condition indicator (green = normal, red = check battery), and a magnetic test switch for mandated code compliance testing. The housing ships in White or Black finish.
